Red Carpet Welcome

Join us for a grand entrance on the red carpet, where you can capture the moment with a professional photograph that will be shared with you post event. As you mingle and connect with others in the lobby, feel free to purchase your preferred alcoholic beverages from the bar. For your comfort, complimentary tea, soda, and water will also be available at your table. Enjoy this warm welcome and set the stage for an unforgettable evening with the Legendary family.
Dinner
5:45pm-6:45pm
Indulge in a delectable dinner prepared by the skilled chefs at Arizona Broadway Theatre, served promptly at 5:45pm. The menu features classic meatballs and linguine pasta topped with savory marinara and parmesan cheese, alongside fresh seasonal veggies and a warm dinner roll with whipped butter. Finish with a sweet serving of chocolate cake for dessert.
Awards & Performances
6:45pm-7:45pm
We'll celebrate an amazing year by presenting students with awards such as Rising Star, Athlete of the Year and MUCH MORE! You might just find yourself in the spotlight as an award recipient! 🏆🌟 The evening will also feature captivating performances that will leave you in awe and make the night truly unforgettable.
Dance the Night Away
8:00pm-10:00pm
Following the awards presentation, join us as we transition to a private room featuring a dance floor for the exclusive enjoyment of our Legendary family. Dance the night away or take the opportunity to connect and share moments with Family & Friends

Is it possible to receive a refund if I can no longer attend the Gala?You may request a refund for your Gala tickets until Friday, December 27th. After this date, we finalize our guest count and payment with the venue, which means we cannot process refunds beyond this point.

Who can attend the Legendary Gala?The Legendary Gala is a festive occasion for the entire Legendary Martial Arts community, inviting students, their families, and even grandparents to join in the festivities.

When is the cutoff date for purchasing Gala tickets?The final day to secure your Gala tickets is Friday, December 27th as we need to provide our final guest list to the venue. We encourage you to buy your tickets early to ensure availability and secure the best possible placement in the theatre

Are there options for guests with dietary restrictions?Absolutely! The Arizona Broadway Theatre is equipped to cater to a variety of dietary preferences and needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergy accommodations. What is the Dress Code?While we aren't enforcing a dress code, most of our families enjoy the chance to dress up for the occasion. Feel free to join in and wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable!

Will adult beverages be available?Yes, adult beverages will be available for purchase at the bar located in the lobby. Both card and cash is accepted for your convenience

How many tickets can I purchase?Feel free to purchase as many tickets as you'd like for the Legendary Gala – there's no cap for our Legendary families. However, seating is limited, so we encourage early purchases to secure a spot closer to the stage for the best view and experience. Tickets are expected to sell quickly, so don't wait too long to get yours!
